Our Alice lashes, like all the lashes in our collection, embody our commitment to being vegan and cruelty-free. This means they're not tested on animals, and no animals are involved in the production process.

Important: Please note, the sealed sticker on the items must remain undamaged for us to accept the return. Ensure you inspect the lashes through the packaging without opening it to avoid damaging the sticker. If the seal is damaged, unfortunately, we won't be able to process the return.

Return Process Guide:

1. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving the lashes to initiate a return.
2. Notification: All returns must be registered by emailing returns@saintenoirebeauty.com before sending the item back.
3. Request Submission: Send an email to returns@saintenoirebeauty.com indicating your intention to return the product.
4. Approval: Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
5. Return Packaging: Securely package the item and include the original packaging and any provided documentation.
6. Return Label Option: We can provide a return label for your convenience. However, please note that the costs of the return label are for the customer and will be charged at the moment the label is scanned by the courier.
7. Return Shipping: Ship the package with a reputable courier service and retain the tracking information for your records.
8. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
9. Processing: If the return meets the requirements, we'll process your refund accordingly.

Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed the following business day.

We work with Sendcloud for shipping and they will keep you updated about your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through our website or the courier's website.
