Our Janelle lashes, like all the lashes in our collection, embody our commitment to being vegan and cruelty-free. This means they're not tested on animals, and no animals are involved in the production process.

Sustainable

The Janelle lashes are sustainable and can be reused up to 25 times with proper care.

Important: Please note, the sealed sticker on the items must remain undamaged for us to accept the return. Ensure you inspect the lashes through the packaging without opening it to avoid damaging the sticker. If the seal is damaged, unfortunately, we won't be able to process the return.

Return Process Guide:

1. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving the lashes to initiate a return.
2. Notification: All returns must be registered by emailing returns@saintenoirebeauty.com before sending the item back.
3. Request Submission: Send an email to returns@saintenoirebeauty.com indicating your intention to return the product.
4. Approval: Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
5. Return Packaging: Securely package the item and include the original packaging and any provided documentation.
6. Return Shipping: Ship the package with a reputable courier service and retain the tracking information for your records.
7. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
8. Processing: If the return meets the requirements, we'll process your refund accordingly.

Your lashes will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends). While we aim for swift processing, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method at checkout. Rest assured, our goal is to ensure a smooth delivery experience, bringing your lashes to your doorstep efficiently!
