Refund policy

Important: Please note, the sealed sticker on both sides of the package must remain undamaged for us to accept the return. Ensure you inspect the lashes through the packaging without opening it to avoid damaging the sticker. If the seal is damaged, unfortunately, we won't be able to process the return.

Return Process Guide:

1. Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of receiving the lashes to initiate a return.
2. Notification: All returns must be registered by emailing returns@saintenoirebeauty.com before sending the item back.
3. Request Submission: Email returns@saintenoirebeauty.com indicating your intention to return the product.
4. Approval: Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with further instructions.
5. Return Packaging: Securely package the item and include the original packaging and any provided documentation.
6. Return Shipping: Ship the package with a reputable courier service and retain the tracking information for your records.
7. Return Label Option: We can provide a return label for your convenience. However, please note that the costs of the return label are for the customer and will be charged at the moment the label is scanned by the courier.
8. Inspection: Upon receipt, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.
9. Processing: If the return meets the requirements, we'll process your refund accordingly.
